THIS SUNDAY: A Celebration of Christmas for all ages including the Children’s Nativity Play Dec. 11, 5:00—6:30 p.m. We begin with children’s play, followed by a soup and chili supper, a hot cocoa bar and holiday treats, games and entertainment, and a special Christmas story by Sam Pickard and Kathy Bostrom, complete with a handcrafted souvenir for children (made by Sam and Peter Hergesheimer). Bring a treat to share if you wish! Fun for everyone!

Our Advent series centers on the “fear not” passages in the Christmas story. This Sunday, we focus on Joseph, the father of Jesus, whose life was upended by the coming of an entirely unexpected baby. How do we get past our fears when our lives are disrupted?

Advent and Christmas at CPC
The Sounds of Christmas on Sunday, December 18 at both services, features special music and solos from our band, praise team, and choir, and Christmas carols for all to sing!
Christmas Eve Candlelight Worship at 5:00 p.m. (child care) and 7:00 p.m., both family-friendly services with the Christmas story, special music, and beloved carols.
Christmas Day Worship, 10:45 a.m. A Carol Sing and a Christmas story. Attire is breakfast casual; children are welcome to bring a toy with them.
New Year’s Day Worship, 9:00 & 10:45 a.m. Begin the new year with prayerful worship and communion.

Middle School Youth (6th-8th grade) Every Wednesday in the Youth Room, 5:00—6:30 p.m. for in-person youth group and the BEST night of the week for games, friends and so much FUN.
High School Youth
High School meets in-person, Sundays in the youth room, noon—1:30 p.m.. Join us for fun, fellowship (lunch), and friends!
Church Nursery every Sunday with care during worship including a special program for toddlers.
