Scripture: Genesis 11:31 – 12:1, 15:1-7
Sermon: Journey through Genesis: God Behind the Scenes
Two weeks ago we read of God’s promise to Abraham and Sarah; we’ll revisit that promise, and then jump ahead to the renewal of that promise a few chapters later (15:1-7). Read the two scriptures and look for the surprising detail, one easily missed, that tells us something about the ways of God in our lives.
Report from Zephyr Point: We’ll hear about the week sixteen youth spent at the Presbyterian retreat center on the shores of Lake Tahoe during both services.

The first Sunday of every month is Communion Sunday, when kids stay with their families in worship.
 
Middle School Youth (6th-8th grade)  Every Wednesday in the Youth Room, 5:00—6:30 p.m. for in-person youth group and the BEST night of the week for games, friends and so much FUN.
 
Church Nursery every Sunday with care during worship and a special program for toddlers.
