Sermon  Listening for the Heartbeat of God: Sacred Vision  We begin our Lenten sermon series seeking insights from Celtic Christianity that listens – and looks—for God in all things, not only in what is typically associated with church or religion. The story of the transfiguration of Jesus with dazzling Light intends to open us up to a new way of experiencing the world.
Pick up your Lenten Devotional at worship this Sunday.

Lent 2022   Listening for the Heartbeat of God
Our sermon series during Lent is Listening for the Heartbeat of God, focusing on insights from Celtic Christianity. The image is of the apostle John, who leaned on Christ during the last supper (John 13), and thus heard the heartbeat of God. The Celtic approach to Christianity is one that learns to listen for the divine heartbeat in all things: in the soul, in community, in the earth, in compassion, in beauty… everywhere.
