Pledge cards were mailed out this week, and will be available in the lobby. They may be returned in the offering, by mail, or to our financial secretary Loyd Wright at firstname.lastname@example.org
Scripture: John 20:30-31
Sermon: A Few True Things
Easter is a season as well as a day, and on the third Sunday of Eastertide, we will read this short, two-verse summary of why John wrote his gospel. He couldn’t possibly tell us all the stories about Jesus, he says, but there is a reason he has told us the ones he has. And it’s perfect for a day in which we renew the promise of our baptism.
