Sermon Questions People Ask: How do I reconnect with God when I feel abandoned?

Sunday Adult Education: 10:10-10:45 am in the adult education room. Discussions track the fall sermon series “Questions People Ask.” 

Every 2nd & 4th Sunday): pack food for La Mirada School All ages take on a fun hands-on mission project: packing food for kids who don’t get much food on the weekend at 10 a.m. We still need your non-perishable food donations — see the pink list in the lobby.

Fall Baby Needs and Emergency Food Drive for young enlisted families, through the Camp Pendleton YMCA.  Return your groceries or donation envelope this Sunday.

Sorelle San Diego, a women’s chamber chorus, in Concert at CPC, 4:00 – 5:15 p.m. A free will offering will be received that will benefit the Safe Harbor Network, the San Diego-based non-profit assisting legal asylum seekers.  It was Safe Harbor who brought the Ivanov family to CPC.
