Sermon     Living by the Spirit: Joy
We continue our fall sermon series “Living by the Spirit,” based on the nine qualities the Holy Spirit seeks to foster within us. In these challenging and troubled times, it’s all the more vital that our lives be characterized by these “fruits” of the Holy Spirit. This Sunday we will talk about joy, which Jesus discussed at a most unlikely time in John 15, the night before the crucifixion. Surely, joy must be different than happiness…

Vespers Outdoor Worship Sunday, September 20, 6:00 p.m. A twenty-minute evening service offers the opportunity to worship together safely, outdoors with masks and social distancing, followed by time for in-person fellowship for those who wish.
