This Sunday and every second Sunday bring your non-perishable food items (or donation) for children of La Mirada Academy (formerly Alvin Dunn School) in San Marcos, a school with many low-income families. CPC sends a backpack of food home every weekend with ninety children – your support matters!

Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. “In your anger do not sin”[a]: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.
